My stay was marred by the disturbing noise from a group of young guests that persisted until the early morning hours. Despite my repeated calls to the front desk, I never received any assistance, which left me feeling helpless and frustrated. Additionally, there were issues with the cleanliness of my room, as the furniture was outdated and showed signs of neglect.

The breakfast options were quite varied and

tasty, although the dining area was cramped during peak hours. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, which made the experience better, but I wish there were more seating available.

The ice machine was broken. the room was clean and updated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the comfy beds ensured a restful night and the breakfast offerings were delicious and set me up perfectly for my city explorations. I loved being so close to Putt-Putt Fun Center and Rock Creek Park, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoors and have fun with friends.

The bed in my standard king room was surprisingly comfy. I loved the spacious layout, with a separate living area that made relaxing easy. The shower pressure was fantastic, providing a refreshing experience after a long day. Location worked well for my plans, with stores and restaurants nearby. However, the mini fridge wasn’t very effective at keeping drinks cold, which was a letdown. Also, I noticed no lifeguard at the pool, which felt a bit risky. It closed at 8 PM, so I missed out on a swim after a busy day. One minor annoyance was the lack of cutlery available in the lobby, making it inconvenient to handle leftovers. The housekeeping could use some consistency. overall cleanliness was good, but some areas felt rushed. Breakfast could be improved too, especially with the timing confusion that led to frustration. Despite these issues, staying here still met my basic needs for comfort and convenience.

Had a great time with friends! Super convenient spot for hitting up Putt-Putt Fun Center and Chesterfield Towne Center. The beds were comfy, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was solid, but they should keep the eggs warmer. Overall, a nice stay for our weekend trip.
